To assist in sustaining the equine veterinary profession for all, the Irish Equine Veterinary Association (IEVA) have launched a short survey for equine practitioners to complete on recruitment and retention Link to Survey. The survey will close on Tuesday 31st October 2023.

The IEVA are hosting a CVE event on the 27^th September 2023 to discuss recruitment and retention in the profession. To note, Alison Lambert of on switch, a specialist veterinary consultant, will conduct lectures and workshops on employee and employer relations, strategies for team engagement and improving work life balance Link to Tickets.
